Bio and Links
Bio Photo I will be glad to make changes, corrections, or add new material if you send the information along on the edit tab.

Please don't add obituaries or death certificates in the photo area of memorials I have posted as it leaves no room to add personal pictures or grave photos. I will be glad to add additional information in the bio area if you will just send it to me.

Thanks so much.

Mary "Polly" Caylor Dinger
Hi LSmith:
I have a question about Find A Grave #62925313, Mary Caylor Dinger. On Find A Grave, you show that Susanna T Brillhart is her mother. I am wondering where you found this info as I am at my wits end with this.

In the book "Brillharts of America" page 95, there is a Susanna Brillhart that marries Henry Caylor but it implies that they met and were married in Rockingham VA and later moved to Ohio. It also lists their children, none of whom were in Ringgold PA or married to Jacob Dinger.

I'm hoping you've got a source that I haven't yet found because as of now, I'm fairly confident that Susanna Brillhart is not in my Dinger family line.

thanks for you help and I appreciate all that you do to help document these cemeteries!

Hello, L. Smith,
What is your policy for others using pictures you have posted on It's always so exciting to find pictures of gravestones, and others, on memorials to people in your family, and it would be nice if we could use them in our genealogy, also. Please let me know; proper credit
would be given any time a picture is used, of course! Thanks for all you do on!
Blessings, Ruth M. Thompson

John Emory Hartzell
To the contrary of his grave stone John Emory Hartzell the son of Jacob Hartzell and Fanny Schall was born 8 June 1887 and died 20 November 1946. This is according to his death certificate #94635. John does not appear on the 1880 census which he would if he were born in 1878. And he appears as a 12 year old with his widowed mother on the 1900 census.
I'm not sure how we rectify a 1887 birth with the death of Jacob Hartzell, his father, in 1885.
Regards, Penny Hartzell

Donald Joseph Beichner
DOB 1-14-1945. DOD 1-19-1945. He was only 5 DAYS old, at death, not 5 years. He had a surviving twin, Ronald.

Donald's death Certificate date (1-19-1946) must be in error, as the date signed is 01-02-1946. Which would be before the decent in document was even born.

Church documents list the twins DOB as 1-14-1945. With Donald passing 1-19-1945.

Plus, church documents support a sister, Judy being born on 1-7-1946. And a sister Sarah born 12-27-1946.

Thank you.

I sent you an update (Nickname) for Floyd based on information from our memorial wall at the Old Town Beagle Club in DuBois, PA. Just thought I'd let you know where the information came from.
