Bio

I started getting interested in genealogy many years ago and began researching my family in earnest as records started becoming available on the internet. Over time I began to really understand the value of photographing and recording cemetery records. So many gravestones are no longer readable or are missing. Now, when I go to a cemetery, I take photos, not only of my relatives' stones, but also of those near them. I take pictures of as many stones as I can within my schedule. If it is a small cemetery, I try to take pictures of every stone. One of the things that touches my heart the most is children that are buried with no others in their family nearby. These are typically children of families that moved on to other areas. When I see these stones, I always take photos. It may be the only way that the families find out where the child was buried or if they ever existed.

I am always searching for more and enjoy helping others in their research. I love finding the story of families.
