I have been actively researching my family since the early 1980's. In the begining it was my father's German ancestry which was easy since they all settled in Central Minnesota which is where I live. However I am on to my mother's side which leads me to Illinois, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and includes the following surnames: Clark, Hays, Westenhaver, Eichelberger, Whitaker and Blankenship.
