Bio

Hi there!

My name is Melissa and that is Beau, my Ragdoll cat.
I have been tracing back my family roots on all sides.

When Reading Old Grave Stones:
1) DO NOT Use Flour, Shaving Cream, Baby Powder, etc. on headstones.
All Stones are pourous and these things seep into the stones and expand the stones and can cause them to break.

2) What you may do instead:
a) Use Snow (instead of Flour ) if you live in colder climates,
b) Use Tinfoil and Use Rubbing Method Technique.
c) Use Trace Paper and Charcoal/beeswax crayons. Use Rubbing Method Technique.

Please visit saveagrave.net for more information on reading old stones. http://saveagrave.net/hard-to-read-stones

My family tree projects include:

The Murray Family
The Bingham Family
The Kraemer Family
The Hamm/Crowe Family

I love Geneology Hunting and discovering new information about people you never knew...that's what makes it so exciting.
