|Alice Duane Henry Googe||Hugh Henry Family|
Thank you for taking the pictures of my g-g-grandparents' family headstones. Until now, I did not know they had a two-month old baby that died. I now have a total of 16 children by Hugh and Mary.
Robert B. Henry (their second child) was my great-grandfather. My great-grandmother (Henrietta G. Sherman Henry) died in 1902 and is buried in Easton Rural Cemetery with her parents. Robert shows up in the 1910 census (the year he died) with a wife named Alice. I am thinking perhaps Robert's headstone might be the "husband" stone and Alice is his wife.
Robert died of lockjaw a week or so after a nail went in his foot while he was working on the Butterfield House in Albany.
Strange how names and dates are not on the individual headstones. Did the cemetery records have any more information on those family members?
By the way, is the engraving on the stone with Hugh, Mary, and Robert's names engraved on both sides of the stone? The background in the photo posted by Michelle shows a fence and road behind it.
Very much appreciate you taking the photos!

Hi, Alice. I thank you for you contribution to Findagrave.com I see you provided a photo of J.W Wiley and Laura Callahan grave years ago. I recently went to Hudson View Cemetery to locate the grave but could not find it. The gentleman that I spoke to said J.W and Laura location info is blank. I'm not sure if you remember where about in the cemetery they are buried. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

Just wondering if U saw my attempted edit request.
He fits right into my Overhiser (NY) family history.
Let me know if U can help.

I'm glad you like the photos! I sell identified antique photos in my eBay store, and after they sell I post them at findagrave so family can find them. These were in an album I got from an eBay seller in California in 2013. The album originally belonged to Clela Reed Dibble. Most photos were taken in Plattsburg, NY.
There were no other Boies or Potter photos, but maybe you will eventually create memorials for others in the album. Here's a link to the remaining photos - a few have links to findagrave memorials, but not many...I haven't checked for them since I listed the photos in 2013.
Previously sold photos from that album for which I found no memorials (haven't checked lately) are Ella Adams, Fred Gaylord, Mary Louise Noyes, Frank Pierce, Edgar Reed and Zanthy Reed(VT)

Hi Alice: Just curious. I submitted SAC edits on 9/3 and 8/21 for the following: Fannie Ellsworth, Isabelle Ellsworth, George Diver, John Wesley Diver & Anna White Diver. I have had several situations where contributors have not received SAC edits and it was necessary to email them. Just inquiring to see if you have had such issues. Please advise, Bill Preston (prestonwg@verizon. net) (#47695598)
