Since college days, I enjoy researching. I began family searching in 1973 when a distant cousin compiled a book about our Pierce family. We have traveled to many different places where our ancestors have lived, taken pictures, visited cemeteries, libraries, court houses, etc., collecting all that we could find and found interesting facts about our ancestors. Have viewed what seems like millions of microfilm records and written many letters. Now with the Internet, it is easier. Have met so many Internet cousins and have exchanged family genealogy with many our family heritage. Most important was finding our Christian heritage passed from one generation to next and we have passed on to our children.
