James A. Mains and Rebecca McGrew Mains
Hello! James and Rebecca are my 6th great grandparents. I am very interested in the comments you posted about Rebecca being ousted by the Quakers and James being captured by Indians. Can you give me any more insight or where you learned this information??
Thank you,
Pat Greco

Henry Lozier, Mem 86735229
I'm doing a project trying to run down the Civil War Veterans from Calhoun County, IL. On your picture of the headstone of Henry Lozier it appears there is a G.A.R. medallion. I am hoping you have some information that would confirm for me that this is the final resting place for Pvt. Lozier who was a member of Company C, 99th Illinois Infantry, during the Civil War. Henry joined while he was living in Calhoun County, IL but he was originally from Philadelphia County, PA.
Any help or additional information about Henry would be greatly appreciated.
