Family History has been my passion for over 50 years. Exploring cemeteries and wondering about the lives of the people buried there has made history more meaningful than just what is written in history texts. I am thankful for all those who contribute to Find A Grave and have provided information on my family. Many times what occurred during the period of time covered by the dash between dates has been revealed by the words written on the tombstones and the bios shared by contributors. I have shared information on family lines with all those who have asked over the years and while wandering through cemeteries is not an option to me now, feel that I have also contributed to help the Find A Grave project move along.
