Bio
I have lived in Georgia most of my life, now living across the state line in Cherokee County, (Piedmont) Alabama, and have always been interested in history. Now that I have discovered information on my ancestors, I hope to uncover more in the near future.
Future plans are to visit North Carolina where my paternal ancestors: Smith, Hunter, Taylor, and Martin lines lived before moving to Georgia.
On my maternal side, my ancestors came from Virginia, South and North Carolina, before arriving in Georgia and later moving to Alabama before the 1880's and early 1900's. I am currently researching family branches of Wade, Fowler, Smith, Whitney, and McKee.
