Bio

With a BA in American Studies and an MFA in Fiction Writing from Columbia University's School of the Arts, I am interested in both family and social history. For family "history" I am researching my American Family Tree. As of 2010, that will be 400 years of ancestors (two of my ancestors came on the Mayflower, along with their children who became my ancestors: Stephen Hopkins and his daughter Constance, and {Elder} William Brewster and his son Love.) I am the author of three books, both available as Kindle e-books (no, you don't need a Kindle to buy and read them, you can get a free Kindle app on site). My first book: "'Work or Die' - The Great Disability Benefits War" is an "American History," and includes an eleven page bibliography. My second book: "The Christmas Pedophile (and Other Stories About my Mother)" is a personal family history with social commentary about mental illness in America. My third book, "The Mother Ship," is fantasy/Sci-Fi.
