Started several years ago on a search for my family history, after being introduced to Findagrave I began going to cemeteries and taking photos, then searching for obituaries to help others put together their family history. What began as a family search turned into a hobby or an addiction, whichever you'd like to call it. I live in Western PA.|

Dottie, Nice to still see you in the genealogy community! A full-time job keeps me from doing the research I'd like to do, but I was pulled to John Bish's record by Ancestry.com.
John Bish and his wife Catherine most certainly DID live in Armstrong County, PA, and they lived there until John died. John's will is on file in the courthouse in Kittanning. John is also listed on the 1810 Armstrong County census, living in Buffalo Township. I saw a gravestone for him in a cemetery in Buffalo Twp. once, but like an idiot, I neglected to note which one.
After John Bish died, his widow Catherine married my 4x great grandfather Frederick Confer in Armstrong County circa December 1827. They lived in Porter Twp., Jefferson County, PA until Frederick died in 1857.

I left a note on one of your fallen gravers that you maintain. Thank you
|Jay Freeze||Re: Robt. Todd Sr.|
He lived to be 133 years old ???
I added a Darl W. and a Karen Sue Kunselman in Morningside Cemetery. I thought you might be interested or at least be able to add info.

Sorry, I misread that line. Enjoying the weather here, not so hot, but back up to 90's this week.

I am wondering if the marriage date of 3 Jun 1892 for Charles & Sara Mae Copenhaver (his 1st wife)is a typo since she was born in 1891 (shown on tombstone).
Thanks for checking.
|Diane Huffman||RE: sponsorship|
Dear Dottie, My husband, Richard Harmon Huffman ( b. in 1934) son of Harmon Webster Huffman (B. 1908 in Armstrong Co.- 1964) is the great, grandson of William Wesley Huffman,viz son George Miles Huffman (1869-1914), who is buried in same cemetery as his father, William Wesley Huffman. The cemetery is called Mudlic for the Church Mudlic (I think Presbyterian). Many of William's sons and daughters and grandchildren are buried there. We are not in the position, I think, to sponsorship. We are advanced in age and live in North Carolina.
I have much information on on this family and am only just getting in contact with others. The FindAGrave site has led me to another relative with more information than I have and I can help him with my husband's closer family. I am indebted to FindAGrave and admire all who help with it. Sorry I have taken so long to respond. I was checking it out and I believe you are correct that Sarah is daughter of Abraham Kunselman & Mariah Tryon.
We have not had much rain so been watering a lot to save my flowers from dying.
Hope all is well there.
