I now live in Indiana but was born in Walton County, Georgia.|
On my maternal side, family names include Burgess, Elder, Michael, Fambrough, Lowe and Maxey - primarily in Walton, Oconee, Clarke, Oglethorpe and Greene Counties in Georgia. The families arrived in America before the Revolution. I have several books covering those families and am happy to do look-ups.
My parvenu paternal side arrived from Ireland in the 1850s and 1860s, settling in Harrison, Hudson County, New Jersey. Surnames include Donnelly, Hughes, Casey, McGarrity and Holleran.
I would be happy to help with research in my local area and exchange information about family connections.
With a very few exceptions, I am happy to transfer any memorial not of my direct family line. The exceptions are a few very close friends or family members with a special connection.
A message including the word "please" will receive a much better reception.
I owe many thanks to the FindAGrave photo volunteers who have so kindly assisted in the compilation of the history of my family lines.
Happy searching and enjoy the chase!

I had requested a change of birth/death dates.
I had an email that this was refused. Thank goodness. I had gotten the wrong Georgia Ann Hale. Mine was buried in Enon Cemetery in Upshur, TX. In going back over my census, Marriage, death cert. I found that I had the wrong one.
Thank you so much for bringing this error to my attention. My records have been corrected and correct cemetery is now on my records.
Sorry, I made the mistake.

RE: Lambert Gerald Sewell, Sr. @ Westover Cem in Augusta, Richmond Co, GA.
Would you please consider transferring this Memorial over to me. Lambert was my Great Uncle and I would like to maintain with pictures, updates, etc, with the rest of my Sewell/Moseley and related families.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
*This is my first request for a transfer if additional info is needed please email me at:

I noticed that you have a Michael in your family names. I am related to a Rosa Fluetsch b.2/14/1870 & d. 10/20/1950. She was married to a Charles H. Michael b. 10/2/1965 & d. 1/2/1936. I noticed on a 1940 census that Rose Michael, head of house, was living with Hubert, son, age 31; Emma Pfauatsch, sister, age 68, and Tony Sachse, nephew, age 48. All these names match my family history. That was the only info that I had on Hubert. I saw that you managed a memorial for Hubert Michael, Sr. and am trying to determine if they are the same people. Thank you so much for any info that you could give me on this family. I would be glad to give you any info that I have on the Fluetsch family.

US Veterans Affairs Office is not accessible. I will ask at the office at Decatur Cemetery if he and his wife are actually buried there next time I am there.
