Bio

I love genealogy with a passion. As a young girl growing up in Kansas, every Memorial Day was spent decorating family grave sites with fresh cut flowers. I continue to carry on this tradition although the flowers are no longer fresh, but silk, and the number of grave sites has increased. I still make a point to leisurely walk the hometown cemetery when I am "home".

I started researching my paternal family history in the mid-90's one little tidbit of info at a time. Both paternal and maternal ancestors immigrated from Czechoslovakia.

Paternal family tree names: Mikulecky, Rezabek, Ptacek, Novak, Reilly, Hillyard, Pumphrey, Baisey, Crummett, Jones, Hummel, Pfeiffer

Maternal family tree names: Soukup, Krofta, Mattas, Tymer, Spousta, Hokr, Dolezal, Healey, Buehler, Barta, Scantland, Rezac
