Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please do not post photo copies of obituaries or other newspaper articles in the photo's or flowers portion of memorials created by me. Please send all corrections or additions through the edit tab on the memorial and I will be most happy to post them. As per FAG rules, death certificates are allowed but should not be put up as photos but rather use the "other" option. This way, the memorial will not have an icon idicating a picture is there and fellow gravers will know that a headstone photo is needed.

I do not know anything about my grandmother's first husband except that his name was John Allen.
My fathers half brother Wilbur Allen is buried over near Charles Town, WV at Bolivar. That's all I know. Dad has other family that are not buried at Rose Hill. They are:

Brother: Edgar Earl Jones (1905-2005) Cedar Lawn
Sister: Maxine Ellen (Jones) Trace (1917-2004) Cedar Lawn
Sister: Mildred Mae (Jones) Clingan (1918-1999) Rest Haven
Brother: Ellis Mayland Jones (1921-2000) Cedar Lawn

I am not good with the computer and don't know what I'm doing but I am asking if you could please include information on my mother and father about their family members.

Mother: Mary Elizabeth (Landers)Jones Apr. 8, 1894 - May 1982 at Rose Hill
Half Sister: Mary Lena (Allen) Johnston Nov. 17, 1912 - May 8, 1979 at Rose Hill

Lavenia "Beanie" May (Ford) Jones (2015)
Father: Cyril Benjamin Ford Jan. 7, 1902 - Dec. 6, 1987 at Rose Hill
Mother: Helen Irene (Miner)Ford July 26, 1905 - Dec. 1, 1971
Grandfather: Calvin A. Miner Aug. 26, 1856 - Nov. 28, 1933 at Rose Hill
Grandmother: Catharine Lavenia (Harbaugh) Miner

Catharine Miners middle name is spelled wrong on all her paperwork. I have provided the correct spelling. In her day many people did not spell very well.

I am so glad it helped. I feel like in some way I help honor the people and keep memories passing to the next generation.

Thank you very much for your kindness to add a memorial to one of my favorite aunts. She was definately a force to be reckoned with If you crossed her but as sweet an aunt as you could ever ask for. She will be missed by all.

Thank you, Martha :)
I'm so glad you created this for Tim and did such a wonderful memorial. We all will miss him terribly in MD. He was a great mentor to me. WASCA and SSBF will not be the same without him.
