I have been interested in genealogy since about 1972. I would visit cemeteries often. Much of my first information was from the tombstones. Since I had to keep going back to the cemeteries I started photographing some of the tomstones.

Some of the families I'm researching are: Schilling, Wachtel, Neff, Schoenborn, Roth,
Fleckenstein, Mosbacher/Mossbacher, Kabureck/Kaburick, Furstenberg, Knapp, Gregson, Dehn, Proctor, Dixon, Kaiser, and Rennecker. These families are mostly located in St. Clair, Monroe and Randloph Counties in Illinois.
