Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am researching the following families from Horry, Georgetown & Williamsburg Counties in South Carolina; Sampson, Columbus & Brunswick Counties of North Carolina:

My Husband's side:

Adopted Family:

I reside in Central Kentucky but my husband and I are from the S.C. Low Country originally. Even though we have lived in KY for 4+ decades We still consider us Carolina Sandlappers.

I Will be glad to help anyone with photographs. I don't consider photos that I take for others to be mine alone and will gladly share but I would appreciate credit if you use any from my own family.

If I have created a memorial and you would like to assume ownership, please let me know. I will be happy to transfer as long as it is not one of my family members. If you see errors or corrections that are needed in a memorial, please contact me, I am always happy to make necessary changes.

RE: Martha Mastin Hager
They are not the actual pictures just the links to where they are if anyone would like to look at them. My grandmother took photos of the open casket at funerals so I don't have any problem myself with it. I just happened across those while looking at the photos of the collection and sort of felt that it was a shame they might be the only photos of these people that exist even though it was at the end of their life it still gives a glimpse as to what they looked like. Maybe also to help with family they have photos and don't know who they are might be able to compare to a known picture of that person. Names get lost on photos if they aren't written down. I just noticed all those photos he took and they might mean something to someone if they just know where to look because he spelled some of the names wrong just like census workers. I'm not related just wanted to let them be known they were out there. Thanks

In another "life", I was responsible for maintaining databases, correcting errors, dups, etc., so in a way I can't help myself when I see a record that needs "help" in one way or another.

RE: Morgie & Edna Mae Gill
I looked the other day for your other photo request without any success. I hope to go back very soon and will do a more thorough search. Do you think it is in the same part of the cemetery as these are?
