THANK YOU***************************THE RECORDING OF A CEMETERY BY THELMA GREENE REAGAN Today we walked where others walked on a lonely, windswept hill; Today we talked where others cried for loved ones whose lives are stilled.Today our hearts were touched by graves of tiny babies;Snatched from the arms of loving kin,In the heartbreak of the ages.Today we saw where the grandparents lay in the last sleep of their time; Lying under the trees and clouds -Their beds kissed by the sun and wind.Today we wondered about an unmarked spot; Who lies beneath this hollowed ground? Was it a babe, child, young or old? No indication could be found.Today we saw where Mom and Dad lay. We had been here once before on a day we'd all like to forget,But will remember forever more. Today we recorded for kith and kin the graves of ancestors past; To be preserved for generations hence,A record we hope will last.Cherish it, my friend; preserve it, my friend,For stones sometimes crumble to dust and generations of folks yet to come will be grateful for your trust.

RE: Laura Huff
Hi Chris, I hope that you are doing much better from your accident. Sorry that you were in one. I would love to have Laura transferred to me. She was my grandfathers sister. Take care of yourself. Nancy

Winifred Balch-Besancon #160432726
I happened to get this record as an Ancestry hint and discovered it's a duplicate record of Winifred Evelyn Balch-Besancon Memorial #136037733. This memorial has her headstone photo and she is buried at Becket Center Cemetery, Becket, Berkshire, Massachusetts with her husband, Harold Kenneth Besancon, Sr. and her infant daughter Winifred D. Besancon (1930-1930).

I decided to use the memorial #136037733 since it also shows her husband's headstone. Winifred's record was created 17 Sept 2014 and her husband's was created 14 Sept 2013. Both were created by J.A. Romeo and headstone photos by James Bianco.

I'm not that close of a relative but just wanted to let you know about the duplication.

Thank you for creating cemetery records.

Minnie Belle Woodley
Hi, I don't know how to post this, but in looking at the listing for Minnie Belle Woodley, and her sister Carrie F. (Woodley) Love, both buried in the
Westminster Memorial Park, in Los Angeles, Ca., their mother's name is missing. She was Catherine "Kate" Wright Woodley, b. Louisiana, 1852, married Wingate Hall Woodley (she was his second wife) in Shreveport, in 1874; d. Shreveport, 1942, buried in Oakland Cemetery, Shreveport.

Thanks.
