Born and raised in Britton, Lenawee Co., Michigan (southern) on a farm and attended a one room country school. B.S. in Education from the University of Michigan and Commission in U.S. Navy in 1963. Retired from U.S. Naval Reserve as O-6, Captain, and County of San Diego primarily in the Sheriff's Department as Manager of Data Services.
Now volunteer on the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum and becoming more involved in Genealogy. Researching Palmer, McCarbery, Wahl & Schmidt.
