Greetings fellow Find A Grave members. I'm Mike Tillinghast and live in Northern Ohio and am working on my family genealogy. I am a direct descendant of Pardon Tillinghast. I am his 11th Generation Great Grandson and the 7th generation on our Tillinghast Family Farm. My fraternal twin brother and I raise cattle and horses.|
Also researching other family relatives: Sommers, Gardner, Stacey, Hine, Welch, Hill, Fennell and Burnham.
I am a photo volunteer for Find A Grave. It is a very good past time and I enjoy "Headstone Hopping" all around Erie and Huron Counties. It is very rewarding to assist families and provide genealogical information. I also enjoy the excitement and satisfaction when I find that elusive headstone I've been looking for after a long challenging search.
Also taking photos of grave sites in area cemeteries for our local Historical Society.
One impressive thing I have observed in every cemetery I have been in is that veterans from the Revolutionary War to the present have veteran markers at their grave sites. As a Navy veteran, I am very pleased that my fellow veterans from all branches are remembered. One of my ongoing local cemetery projects is to obtain grave markers for veterans that do not have one.
My long range intent is to provide photos and/or Memorials for those in area cemeteries who do not have them.
With the exception of my relatives, I will be glad to transfer any memorial. Please feel free to ask.

I added a couple of photos to grave memorials of yours. I appreciate your work, and I don't mean to detract. I just thought more photos were good from other times and angles. Let me know if I am stepping on toes.

Thanks so much!
|Brian Phelps||Annabeth Phelps|
Thanks for adding the gravestone images for my mother, Annabeth Phelps. (https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=79663683)
However, there are four images of the cemetery and two I added of her when she was alive. I'd like to add more pictures of her. Would you please remove three of your photos?
Thanks for your consideration.

Thank you so much for getting that photo so quick. I noticed that Aunt Norma's now has the month and day of her birth and death. Is there any way you can add this new photo to her memorial?
|Kathie Rodgers||Ralph Bruns|
I believe I remember from previous messages that you know my family and went to school I think with some of my cousins..(The Bruns Girls). I hope you will be able to fulfill my request for their father's marker. I believe he is buried next to their mother.
