I am a mother of three and step mother of 2 plus 6 grandkids in total now. My husband Jim is a direct descendent of Raleigh Gentry.
I serve on my county's historical & genealogy society board in several areas. Genealogy has taken over most of my time and I enjoyed it very much.
Both of us are retired and loving every minute of it. Not sure why I ever worked but that was done ten years ago. I now have much more time to do volunteer work and love to spend time with grandkids.
My own family roots run very deep in Tennessee with Batton and Duncan families.
I like this Find a Grave site very much and wish I could do more on it and maybe soon I will find an open time slot.
