Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Moved to Dallas, Texas at age 22 in 1985. Lived here ever since, except for 2 years in Naples, Florida from 2012-2014. Have particular interest in German and Irish genealogy, Lutheran history. My family names are all North Carolina people - Huffman, Wilder, Wyant, Griffin, Baker, Russell, Goodman, Setzer, Hill, Marshbourne, Watkins, Mitchell, Beddingfield, Chamblee, Brittain, Stamey, Seagle, Hoover, and Arndt (or Arends.) My husband, and therefore my children's ancestors are more midwest and west coast, completely opposite of mine!
