I have always wanted to know where my ancestor's came from, I asked my grandmother and my greataunt where their ancestor's came from and my greataunt told me the the Ruddick's or Ruddocke's came from Northern Ireland and even Southern Scotland, but she was not sure. My third great grandfather he was born in Chestnut Creek, Grayson County, Virginia and died in Newfarmington, Jackson County, Indiana. He was buried in the Farmington Cemetery across the road from where he and his wife lived. The Family's that I am related to are the Long's, Copple's, Ruddick's and Kirkpatrick's with a host of other name's that came in the form of marriage and one Friend so far.|

I have verified that Susan Randall is not buried at Diamond Cemetery, Diamond, MO but instead is at Stone Cemetery, Fidelity, Jasper Co, MO. She is buried with her son, George Washington Randall (1849-1886) and daughter, Sarah Randall (1847-1930).
Thank you for your work on FindAGrave.
|lruddick||Origin of our Ruddock progenitor|
Using traditional genealogical research and yDNA testing I have located the village in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, where William Ruddock born circa 1689 - 1691 lived and departed for Penn's colony. His parents and his birth location remains unidentified. I found two male Ruddocks who are our yDNA test proven relatives one still living in the village and one living a short distance away (his father was also born there). The village is The Diamond located in Grange Lower. Unfortunately the records do not provide information back far enough to make the needed connections. I suspect that our William came from the connecting regions of the Counties Carlow, Wexford and Wicklow as I have found two Ruddock families whose family members are also yDNA matches. One of which was a perfect y67DNA match from Bunclody.

Hi, Claude! Hope all is well with you.
Just wanted to let you know that William has incorrect parents attached to his memorial. Instead of Solomon and Mary Morris Ruddick, his parents should be Solomon #61208362 and Ann Bedsaul #61209787 Ruddick.

I am researching the Mackey family in Greene, Polk and Barry County, Missouri.
I am wondering if you know anything about the marriage of Green A (Cobble) that I think might be your Abner Green Copple to Nancy Mackey dated Feb. 26, 1854, Polk County, Missouri.

You have my father's birthdate correct but you have his father's death date attached to my father. The death date is for his father Robert Hardin Ruddick. My father is still very much alive at age 95. Please correct this error.

There seems to be more than one memorial for Johann Nicolas Copple, your memorial #131883872 lists two of his children born before he was, your information is incorrect, Nickolas Coppel(Keppel) lived in Westmoreland County, Pa.

#131883094 Johann Nicholas Copple buried on Gold Hills NC. Where did the personal information about location of birth and parents names come from.
|syoung||Nathaniel Young Jr.|
I believe Nathaniel Young Jr. (177-1848) died and was buried in Maury County, Tennessee. The source I'm basing this on is "Young Families of Early Giles County, Tennessee. Including Many Early Young Families of Surrounding Counties." Second Edition. Two Volumes

Sorry for the really late delay. I guess I missed it.
No I am not related. In 2000, I added the graves of this cemetery account my wife's grandparents are buried there.

Find A Grave memorial#131883872. I don't believe that this is his grave, he came from Germany and lived in Pennsylvania the rest of his life, he was in the 1800 Pa census, living in Hempfield, Westmoreland Co. Pa, he died in 1807 and I don't think he would be buried in Maryland. Do you have some information that I don't have that shows he was buried there?
