Hi there!
I did notice that you were looking for the other Johanna, I tried to find her marker. There was only the family monument and the smaller stone near it where the name was spelled without the "h". When we go back, I'd be more than happy to check the link you sent me to see if I can find anything else!

Hi Kathy ~ No, Heather Passerielo (sp?) took those photos; I merely created the memorials from a transcription I found online a few years ago. She's taken quite a few volunteer photographs, so I'm sure that she would take those of the Serts if you placed requests on their memorials.

Also, if you want any of these memorials transferred over to you, I'm more than happy to do so; I am happy when family requests transfers because it shows they are not forgotten. Take care! Robin

Do you want just the year changed or the date, as well.

RE: Heinzmann's
This is really interesting because I have been working on a paper regarding this family for about two months now. What a coincidence that you contacted me about them as well.

In all my research, I have never come across Frederick. Stephen Heinzmann and his brothers John and Jacob came to the US in 1847 to first Ohio and then to Ann Arbor. They naturalized in 1855.

I have always wondered why John Heinzmann and another nephew ended up in Bay City, which makes me wonder if Frederick was their younger brother. He would have been 12 years younger than Stephen but it could be possible. If not a brother, than a cousin? Now I'm going to have to do a lot more research.

If you'd like to contact me, please feel free to email me at amylee39@gmail.com. If you are on Ancestry, please look up the Heinzman Sayre Lee tree.

RE: Fredericka Heinzmann
Hi Kathy

I received your request. Are you a relative? Perhaps we are related as Fredericka and Stephen are my 3rd great grandparents.
