I started my family history searching in June 2010, after a family reunion.|
Its been such a wonderful journey.
There is so much fun stuff to learn about my family tree.
Names that my family has married into:
Banks, Davis, Dickinson, Dye, Jacobs (originally Jakubec, from the Czech Republic), Magness, Mills, and Tarpley.
Most of my pages are related to me (extended and distant relatives).
The other pages, that are not my relatives, are people I have found while going through various cemeteries. If you are related to them in some way, I don't mind transferring them to you.

You can get to it from the Farmer Subdivision. Turn in to the subdivision and stay on the main road and the cemetery is at the back of the subdivision. It has a tall plank fence around it and no sign outside the fence telling you what it is.

Hi Sarah sorry it took me a while to get back with you, I found a site that gives the location on a map it is shows it on Tarpley Rd. in near Padena near the lake. Heres the link.
Oops! Sorry Sarah - had taken photos for someone else and didn't realize I had 2 message. That long message to you was supposed to be for someone else- sorry, sorry. Glad you liked the photos. D~
Hi Sarah, no I am not related. I volunteered to take photos for Find a Grave requests in our area after finding my grandparents on Find a Grave. We live in Blue Ridge, GA and there are many cemeteries in this area. I just looked at requests and knew where the cemetery was located. My husband & I found their stones right as we drove in. It's right on Hwy 60 between BR and McCaysville Ga. Actually I find taking photos when requested very satisfying. Makes you happy, makes me happy. Win-win. If you know of other family members in this area, let me know :) D~

Hi Sarah, I added 2 photos to Gladys' site. One is taken very close so you could get a better feel for the engraving between their names. I will add both these pics to Charles' site also. Dee Sinram

Helen. ALAC..rescue...gave me the photos for the memorial... Barb
|E. T., II||Tennie Carpenter.|
I tend to agree with you that Tennie is not the mother of Blayne and Wayne Ballew. Too young. Any idea how she was added as their mother.
I will accept your edits and hope that their memorials are correct now. I could not find an obit for them.
