I live in Massachusetts and spend time in Florida in the winter.|
I look for identified photos wherever I can find them, and sell them on eBay. It's amazing how many people find their ancestors in my eBay store - and it's very rewarding. I've recently started going back through the scans of photos I've sold and adding them to this site.
My research usually turns up census records that show a lot of info I can use to update a memorial - spouses, children, dobs, etc. Since Edits have become so easy, I often send out a bunch of edit requests for a family group. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to accept them and make findagrave better. I love that I'm able to connect family members who are scattered all over the country. If I've sent you an edit request, it's because I've researched that person or someone in their family.
Many of the memorials I've created are not my family, so don't hesitate to ask if you'd like one transferred to you.

I declined your correction as you had him linked to his grandmother instead of his mother. I fixed it manually.

Over 10 years ago I bought three photos off of Ebay. I have this photo of "Martha DeHaven, Mother's Sister, aunt" I was hoping to find that they were related and couldn't let them sit there all alone!
The second photo says "mother" and is of someone different.
The third is of "Blanche DeHaven".
I would like to find their tree to see if they related. In the mean time, they are hanging proudly in the stairwell of my Victorian home.
would love to know if you come upon any photos of the following families, mostly from northern New York State
Is this enough information? I am saddened that all the 19th century photo albums from my family were most likely sold at an auction in the 1950s.
Thanks1 Carolyn Hale Pierce

Hi Bonnie, I also have that picture, it's wonderful isn't it!? Thank you for posting it. He is my great-grandfather, how are you related? We may be lost cousins. Looking forward to hearing from you, have a wonderful evening.

By the way, I just purchased 4 of the photos of the Launtz/Darr's that I'm related to. Thank you again.

You are absolutely correct. I didn't mean any disrespect and I removed them. Sorry for that.
Sorry you must be still having a problem with the email. Iīve added my email address (temporarily) to my Find A Grave start-up page.
Maybe you can just click on that and try it if you would like. (And if you havenīt gotten frustrated).
I have a spam folder that I didnīt even know I had. But I looked all thru it and didnīt see anything. Same for my promotions folder and social folder.
I thought the Ebay thing went from the . Canīt imagine what went wrong.
