I have always thought the Douglas Park Cemetery, Douglas, Wyoming, was the most beautiful and peaceful place there is.

As a little girl I would fish in the pond and take long walks with my Grandmother, Artie LeBar. As we walked from one family plot to another family plot, she would reminisce about each person as we stopped at their graves. Fortunately, because I have heard the stories over and over I am able to put them on paper.

My grandmother Artie's parents, her siblings, her husband and all 3 of her children are buried in this cemetery. My mother's mother, brother and she are also buried there. My father's father, most of his siblings, their wives, children and grandchildren are buried in Douglas also.

My hobby is ancestry.com and now that I have found Find A Grave, I seem to be consumed with adding memorials for future generations.
