I have lived in Fruitland Park, FL nearly all of my life except for the time I was in the Army. I love genealogy and feel that Find A Grave assists people in locating their ancestors.

Since FAG is a great tool for genealogy research, I don't understand why there are people who enter thousands of memorials and then refuse to transfer them or process edits for personal reasons. Edits should be processed, even if you have to request proof of the edit. I don't understand why people are proud of entering thousands of memorials and then refuse to process edits or transfers. What is entered from printed resources (i.e.,books, etc) is not always correct-that's why there is an edit feature.

I often research individuals for genealogy and often find that FAG has incorrect information. If I request an edit I have researched the person and more often than not can provide proof.
