Willow Cemetery
Hi, I just found out that one of my great uncles on the other side pf the family is buried in Willow Cemetery according to his death record, but I can't find him at Find a Grave. Do you have a resource for contacting this cemetery? It's the one in Oregon, Lucas, Ohio. Or a location for list of people buried there would work too. I haven't been able to find one.

RE: Reno
No hurry. I know what it's like to have busy weeks at work. Fortunately I've been retired for two years now. It's wonderful.

I don't know how to contact the cemetary, so I haven't verified Ben Charle's burial. I just have the death record that gives that info.

For Charles Reno I show 21 Dec 1903 as his death date. I'm not sure where that info comes from, but Amelia's widow's pension card shows she filed for her widow's pension Feb. 29, 1904. Do you use Family Search? I like it because it's free and easy to keep up with all the sources there. It also interacts well with my Legacy softward. Here is the link for Charles Reno: He has 12 sources, but some may be duplicates. You do have to have a free membership to access the info. Anyone can change the information, so I have found problems with the trees, but it seems to be getting a lot better as they have upgraded the site over the years.

I don't use or any other paid site, except that I did the free intro to last year and I just did the free intro to recently. I got Amelia Reno's obit from here: It's Toledo Blade obituaries. They will send you up to three free at a time. I've been putting them on Find a Grave as I get the time. Do you happen to have any other Reno family photos? I saw the one you put up for Mary. I put the one I have of Bertha on her Find a Grave memorial.

RE: Reno/Lewis
Hi, I just got Amelia Reno's obituary and it clears up that her son Benjamin was not the Benjamin Franklin Reno who died in 1917.

Here's the obit: Mrs. Amelia Reno, aged 87 years, died Sunday morning in her home at 482 Howland avenue. Funeral Tuesday at 8 oçlock in St. Thomas Aquinas church. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. Mrs. Reno leaves three daughters, Mrs. Sarah Snider, Mrs. Mary Lewis and Mrs. Rose Wagner; two sons, Benjamin and Henry Y., all of Toledo. Toledo Blade June 7. 1920.
