Bob and I are retired. He was the Fire Chief, Arson Investigator and Code Enforcement Officer. I was Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Speech Pathologist. We are quickly sliding past 70. I spend my free time working on our family histories via Ancestry.com and FTM and he works on my honey do list. We have a grandson that gives us joy and two peek-a-poos that make us happy. We recently found Find-a-grave to view family members and volunteered to locate burial sites in Polk County, AR, close to Mena, AR. Please contact me to request a family member site to be transferred to your name.|

Just a thought... there were maybe 4-5 markers in cemetery that were completely unreadable. I should have noted the names located near them.

I searched the cemetery Friday for Mr. McConnell's grave. Unable to locate it. :( I did find a website that has more info for you to update memorial:http://www.txfannin.org/obits.php?per_id=93608

Hi Jeri. I went ahead & submitted the changes to the parents links using the Memorial numbers so they should appear in your Edits tab. That way all you have to do is choose Accept & hit Submit. Makes it easier that way. :)

Are you a related to Robert? If not would you transfer his memorial to me? I am his cousin (his mother was my father's sister) and can provide family details and photos. Thank you.

Hello. I hope you don't get two messages but my other one disappeared and well I'm not sure what happened. In any case, I am a descendant of Josiah Brock and was wondering what you may have found out that is verifiable. I am new to genealogy and see to be getting varied information. I appreciate anything that you can share.
