George Brown
I wonder if you have documentation for the birth and death dates you list for George Brown, husband of Juliana Dick? Michael Caldwell on his rootsweb page has a newspaper article listing his death as 18 Sep 1874 and that he is 72 years, 10 months, 19 days. That would put his birth at about or on 30 October 1801 by my calculations and that is the date that Michael has on his page. Your February date is too close to your 19 Aug 1874 date for him to have been 72 years, 10 months, 19 days.

Could you clarify please? People are putting your dates in their trees without verifying.

I attached a death certificate for Benton Waltemire on his Find A Grave Memorial# 79219591

If you do not think it is for him please let me know and I will remove it from his memorial.

You do great work!

General Jacob Brown
Are you related to General Jacob Brown of the the War of 1812 fame? If so do you know anything about his sword? See this memorial, it is from My great X3 grandfather on the McNett side. I am trying to track down the General's Sword, I would love to see it! I am hoping that it is in the New York State historical Society or at a Museum in Sacketts Harbour. But I am not sure.

Thank you for your time. Have a nice day.

RE: Diamondville
You're very welcome. If you EVER come across a relative and I have them - I'll give them to you. I am only out to document the old cemeteries around me - not possess memorials (unless I'm related and working on them). Jan
