Bio

My Berger roots more recently began with John C. Berger (1797-1880) married Margaret Hess when they moved from Pennsylvania to Licking, Ohio. My great grandfather David Hess Berger m. Mary Miles Trowbridge, lived in Ohio, Illinois, and later moved to Loveland, Colorado and Thermopolis, Wyoming. As a young adult, my grandfather Benjamin Smith Berger moved to the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana and met Lena Helen Norman. After World War II, they moved to Kalispell, Montana and lived out their lives there. They had three sons David, Lawrence, Charles, and one daughter Grace Stella Berger.
May your photos and histories not bring sadness to you; but instead let your good memories bring you comfort and love.
