Bio

In general I will be monitoring and editing data related to two separate Zimmerman families from Rochester, IN USA - their descendants and antecedents.

I will try to fill photo requests near 61820 but I am new to this so I may not be very fast at it. ;-)

I want to thank all those who have done so much good work already on this site. Your efforts in many cases are nothing sort of amazing.

My efforts here arise from my being the genealogical guy in the family. I have been slowly trying to fill in the blanks and collect data so future generations will have something accurate to refer to.

I am most fortunate to come from Fulton County Indiana where Jean C. and Wendell C. Tombaugh have done a HUGE amount of work over the decades and thus placed so much obituary data in searchable formats. It is now all hosted online at the Fulton County Library. Their work has made it possible for so many to find out about their family histories - even at a distance.
