Bio

I am an accountant by training and education (Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Monroe County Indiana and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Governors State University at University Park, Will County, Illinois) and I am semi retired. As a youth I worked all through Hammond Technical Vocational High School at the Calumet Theater (WHICH IS NOW A VACANT LOT) in Hammond, Lake County, Indiana. I graduated 47th out of a class of 274, not bad for a kid that worked a full time job all through High school. I served in the Indiana National Guard Company C 113th battalion Combat Engineers (the 38th Cyclone Division)in the sixties out of the Hammond, Lake County, Indiana Armory. My wife of fifty eight years is Rebecca Ann (Poisal) Morton and she does not do cemeteries. The surnames that I am presently searching are, Carroll, Corbett, Harvey, Millender, Morton, and Poisal, I grew up in Central Hammond, Lake County, Indiana, so I know that area best. I raised my family in Glenwood, Cook County, Illinois and have three grown sons Ronald Lee Morton M.D., Robert John Morton (Deceased), and Michael David Morton. I am glad to photograph cemetery Headstones when ever possible.

PICTURES: Pictures I take are for people to enjoy and use as documentation in their research. Therefore, you may use them for your personal needs. However, if you republish them, add the following: WPO DONALD LEE MORTON, Find A Grave contributor 47377296. Under NO circumstances are the pictures to be used in a "for sale" publication (or website) and you should not violate Find A Grave policy. You may use pictures I have taken in connection with your genealogy research only.

MEMORIAL TRANSFERS: I will Gladly transfer memorials to a FAG family member provided they follow FAG procedures and the memorialized person is not one in my or my wife's direct blood line decedents or their spouse or children.
