I married Richard (Richie) Phillips from Briceville, TN and I am researching surnames SEIBER, DAUGHERTY, PHILLIPS,BURRESS, MCKAMEY, AND CARROLL. I am also desperately searching for any information on my husband's mother's family. Her parents were Ernest and Luvernia HUCKABY RUTHERFORD.
