I have been doing family history research for over 40 years. In 2011 I started taking photographs of headstones in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Baker City, Oregon for a community project. There are over 17,000 people buried there, but if you want a picture from this cemetery, I will do my best to get it for you. I like being precise, so if you have a date that differs from the picture I take of the headstone, please let me know and if I have created the memorial, I will gladly change that information on the memorial. Anyone wanting to use my pictures of headstones that I post along with the memorials has my permission to do so. And also, I will be glad to transfer any memorials that I have created to you if you are a relative. My objective is to just get the information out there for people searching for their ancestors.
