I'm originally from North Texas. I moved to the Newark Ohio area in July 2006. I began looking into my genealogy while visiting my mom in Texas, August 2010. Unfortunately, she passed away suddenly October 2010.

I stumbled across findagrave.com while continuing the ancestry research my mom and I had started. I moved 1200 miles and found that a lot of my family roots actually started right here in Coshocton County, Ohio! It's been a very interesting search. Many thanks to those I've met here and for all the help provided a long the way.

2021 - update

My husband, Eric E. Glosser, passed away 27 June 2021. To say it's been difficult is a major understatement but he would be disappointed if I allowed myself to wallow around in my grief and not "get on with it". So I find myself turning to my ancestry search - again - to help my grief journey.

I introduced Eric to Find A Grave and he loved connecting his family members and taking care of their memorials. He found a non-corrosive solution for those markers that needed to be cleaned. He also ordered and had a marker placed for a family member in Zanesville who didn't have one. Working on his family ancestry was his passion and he worked on it daily. I'm working on his and mine now.

Not a moment passes without thinking of him.
