Born 8 Oct 1930 in Yorkville, Gibson County, TN. I was raised in Gibson and Dyer counties of West Tennessee. I the joined the USAF in April of 1948 and retired at Shaw AFB, SC on 1 Jan 1973. I served 10 years of my service overseas in the United Kingdom and Japan. I worked at the Westinghouse Necular Fuel Plant in Columbia, SC and retired from there in 1992. I am a Lifetime member of the DAV. I started researching all branches of my family 20 years ago and now have a permanent Web Site on RootsWeb.com. Only recently have I been making memorials on Find A Grave. I only do memorials on blood lines to the various branches of my family.
