Agnes H McNeal was born to Thaddaeus and Cora Lee Hagan in Claxton Ga. She has four brothers and four sisters.

A graduate of Claxton High school. November 20, 2010 she received her ASBA in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.

She joined Historic Mt. Pleasant at an early age Under Rev. E.M. Solomon. She is very activity in her church as well as the community she holds many positions. She is very friendly and enjoyed helping people. She is a strong prayer warrior.

She is married to Archie McNeal and they have Fifteen Children: Isaac, Darryl, Johnny, Quincy, Marshall Ann, Joyce, Shelby, Erma, Patricia, Lillie, Carolina, Archie Jr. Anthony, Calvin, and Sylvia. They also share numerous grand Children and great grand Children.
Agnes has a big heart and her favorite saying is "I'm God's Child". Her motto is, "If I can help someone as I travel through this life then my living shall not be in vain", she believes in giving a person flowers while they can enjoy and smell them. She also believes in following your dream no matter how long it takes," Just keep the dream alive until you accomplished and give all the glory and praise to GOD, Never give up and never quit, quitters never win and winners never quit."
