Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have used the Find-a-Grave website quite a bit in my genealogy research and think it is a wonderful resource for all who are interested in their family histories. I am happy to contribute in any way & delighted to hear from long-lost relatives who are pursuing the same ancestral lines as mine.

Feel free to use any headstone photos taken by me for genealogy or family history purposes (you can credit me if you wish but not necessary). If you choose to post photos of persons, families, etc. to other websites (like, please credit me or the individuals I have credited on Find-a-Grave for the photos.

RE: Chloe Bigham
I took and posted pics of Chloe and Charles. You can see they are very hard to read, yet the very next headstone by Charles has the letters darkened. I don't know why they don't darken them all. Anyway, I put new pics for the both so take a look.

RE: Chloe Dell Bigham headstone pic
Hi, Charles Bigham and Chloe share the same headstone. The active duty, military person, is on the front side and the dependent is on the back side. They are buried in the same plot. I didn't take the photo of Charles' because I saw that it was already taken and posted. But I will get a picture the next time I go out there and email it to you. No problem.

Many of the headstones are extremely hard to read, even in person, due to age of headstone, striations in the marble and letter etchings with no darkening. Click on the photo to enlarge several times and it is readable.

RE: Albert C Faunce
Hi Jean,

No problem at all. I just added the photo to Albert Carleton Faunce's memorial page as well.

RE: Harwell Cemetery - Cedar Grove
Jean I have my own web site that shows the various cemeteries around middle Tennessee that I visit. I have worked hard and photographed about 1500 cemeteries over the years and don't have any reason for my site to exist but that fact that I photograph the whole cemetery. I find old cemeteries that others have no ability to do so.

Copy the above URL out to your browser window and it will take you to my cemetery site - most specifically the Hartwell Harwell Cemetery which shows you the photography session. I am not willing to share 250,000 photos with another site because of the time. Also allowing others such ability could put my site out of business. A great readable photo is all I have not being family of folks's tombstones I photograph.
From time to time I post to Findagrave usually not the whole cemetery just to show those that know of my site that they can find a complete photo survey there. You may download my photos for you own personal use and even post on etc.

I will see if I can upload some of the other photos for this cemetery. Also if I did not post a photo on the above site then there were no obvious tombstones found with such inscription.

Oh goodness! Thank you so much! Do you have anymore photos of Ethel or Gertrude that I could share with my mother?
Thanks so much
