I'm updating 5 generations of my family and their neighbors in S. Scott Cemetery, Angola, Steuben, IN by adding obits and plot numbers. I have a plot map/plot numbers by name/number available on request and "Cemeteries of Steuben County Indiana" by Audree Seibel Lewis. My research is from ancestry.com, libraries, familysearch.org, death certificates, newpapers.com and courthouses. Thanks Suncacher and Chuck Johnson for adding headstone photos. Kim Bordner and Margaret Rothrock send obits so many are available but not on yet. I appreciate additions, corrections, and photos of your family members. I built some family trees to know how we are all related. Kim is trying to list S. Scott on the National Historic Registry and would like to update as many people as possible. My great gram Bertha Shumaker Rinehart's photo/tintype albums show many Otsego families and neighbors. Known families include Avery, Berlien, Burch, Clark, Lininger, McElhenie, Maxton, Nelson, Pardee, Rinehart, Shaughniss, Shumaker, Smith, Teeters, Whitlock, Zimmer, Zimmerman.
