This John Ball was married to Nancy Chamberlain, I have that through a marriage record and also an interview that was done with his grandson John Hampton Ball in 1920. You can find this interview (and others) in the NC state archives in Raleigh, search under Surry County, it's titled something like "Interviews with living civil war soldiers", c. 1920. This John & Nancy are my 3rd great grandparents. I do have a bit more on Nancy Chamberlain if you would like it.

You are very welcome glad I could help I went to Cedar Grove Cemetery to look for a Find A Grave request and I seen it had not been photographed very much . Use the photo if you like and best wish's to you.
Not a problem :) I had 6 to search for yesterday and only found one. Not cool! I will keep looking in my free time. Have a good day.

There is a McDonald cemetery on Ooltewah-Georgetown Rd, but I searched the McDonald cemetery on Snow Hill Road. Both are in Ooltewah, TN. I will see if I can find him there.

I searched the entire McDonald Cemetery and did not find Thomas Biggs. There are many stones that are unreadable, especially around other Biggs stones. Sorry I can't help you further!

|TLH||Franklin Clay photo request|
I am happy to fill your request at Sparkman Hillcrest, but I will need a burial location in order to do so. They don't give findagrave volunteers burial locations but you could get one if you called on the phone at: 214 363 5401.
Let me know the location and I will go out there next week and fill it for you.

Hi, Dorothy. I just wanted to inform you that besides the Mary Wiginton photo, I posted photos for eight other relatives in the same plot: Jewell L. Wiginton (1895-1933), Ervin F. Wiginton (1892-1945), Ernestine (Wiginton) Littlefield (1917-1961), Ella Wiginton (1862-1953), James Q. Wiginton (1858-1942), Sarah J. Wiginton (1861-1896), Jewell E. Mitchell (1900-1995), and Baby Wiginton (1896) [there are two different Baby Wiginton's in the Altus Cemetery]. Cheers, --Mark
