Hey Jim, On Russell's birth place, he was born in Troupe, Smith, TX-not Kaufman County & Black Jack Cemetery is in Black Jack, Kaufman, TX & not Abner. Both Communities are some what close, but College Mound is closer to Black Jack.
Hope all is well with the folks - give me a call sometime!!!
Have a blessed one,
Cathy Turner Boyd

I couldn't help but notice that U have been looking for him quite a long time.
Myself, off-and-on for a couple of years, his name is at the top of my list on my clipboard.
So as a last ditch effort I finally located an obit book today and thought I had it made, unfortunately, the start year was 1955, one year to late. No luck there. HA !!!!
So, as a last ditch effort to solve this puzzle, I am hoping that U are a relative and have some personal knowledge about his burial that might seem of no importance but actually pay off.
Here goes: I am able to "witch" the ground (for lack of a better term) and read what's below as to Adult, child, infant, male or female.
I am hoping U are aware of the circumstances of his burial, precisely, if he was buried with his daughters. The reason, there is an adult male in an unmarked grave beside Addie.
Please let me know it that fits the criteria and if so, I'll post the fotos I took today.
If not, then I suspect his location will be forever lost to Mother Nature & Father Time.
Later, James Coston

To celebrate the January 19 birthday of my mother Myrtle Alexander Baker, my younger dtr Brenda and I paid our respects to family and friends at Houston Forest Park cemetery. We got a map at the office for Gladys Foret and Brenda made and posted the missing photos. She created a memorial for Ted Gusieff and would be glad for family to request xfer. So glad to have found Gamblin and McKinney relatives to work with.
