The vast majority of memorials I've created are about my family. A few that I created are not about family but have peaked an interest, and i felt they deserved a memorial where one had not existed. I disagree with the philosophy of how close a family tie is should dictate if a memorial should be transferred. I believe ANY family tie supersedes the "ownership" of the non-related person who created the memorial. It still very much puzzles me why someone who creates a memorial not related to them would deny a transfer to another who is in that persons family, soley based on the degree of relationship. That said, if you have a family relationship stronger than mine to any memorial I've created or manage, I will gladly transfer management to you if that is what you want, or I will make any corrections or edits if you don't desire a transfer.
