I've been working on my family history for over 40 years now, starting when I was a teenager. Over the years, I've seen how "lost" cemeteries have become "found". I've also seen nearly destroyed cemeteries begin to receive respect again.

Finding family members in cemeteries has been gratifying for me but there are some times when travel is impossible. I have been grateful to those who have contributed to this site and have helped me to find my family and am now trying to return the favor by adding at least a few photos to the site whenever I visit a cemetery during my own research.

If I've contributed any photos or info that are not of my family, I will be happy to transfer them to you. I would love to see all of our ancestors' graves loved and respected by their own family members.

Information I have personally added to any memorial has been verified with primary source documents, where available. If you send edits to any memorials, I would appreciate it if you also include your source information. (Thank you!!) If I can't verify it, I won't post the edit.
