My family are mostly from Monroe County, Ohio. I spent lots of time there as a child on my grandparents farm on Grizzle Ridge Road.|
Names I'm always researching are mostly my family's and include Decker, Clark, Workman, Griffith, Brown, Schenk, Freitag (Friday) Murphy, Fisher, Young, McMahon, Turner, Ullman, Mellott and Ott.
Although some information may still be missing, I've spent hundreds of hours researching these family names. So, if you plan to send me a correction for any of these, please send along your reason or citation in a separate message.
Please take a minute to look through my virtual cemetery, "Grandma's Album." ==>
These are photos of friends and relatives I have not yet identified. Maybe you will recognize someone and be able to help me identify them. Maybe they are a relative of yours?
For me, this is about doing something good for my family members and yours, too! It's not about keeping score, taking credit for something or seeing how many memorials I can build. It's exiting to research and locate family members that I never knew about. If I can help you find yours please let me know, I'd be happy to help.

|Carroll D.||RE: C.W. Francis|
Thanks so much for your help with my question on C.W. I will need to double check, but I think he died prior to that.
Thanks again. CarrollD

Hi Tom, I submitted updates to this Memorial based on her 1920 Passport application (link below). I also added the Passport photo of Anna and her 2 children to her Memorial.
|Carroll D.||C.W. Francis|
Do have any information on C.W. Francis. His memorial # is 87164642. There is no birth or death date given, not even gender. I am seeking a Carl William Francis who went by his initials and died in 1982. His memorial page has you as creator. My number is 49339262. Thank you for your help. CarrollD
|Perry Trost||Richard Webster Small|
I am a descendant of Richard Small's father William Small, and half brother, Frederick Small, and I would be honored to manage my great grand uncle Richard's memorial if you are not related to him.
|Dorann Lam||Adam Young Stum #88038292|
I have some information on the subject if you want to add it to his memorial. He was born ca. 1830 in Illinois (1850 White County IL Census). ( He was married, 26 Sep 1849, in White County, IL, to Jane Davenport.) In the late 1860's he lived in Sacramento, CA, and in 1870 was mining in Lemhi County, Idaho. I located a Burial Permit for him giving his place of Death as Oat (not really clear) Valley, Yolo County, CA. Death Date 27 May 1895. Congestion of the lungs. Interred Woodland Cemetery. This is probably more information than you want, perhaps if you could list his birth, death dates. Thank you.
|GIvey||Myra Lucy Scott|
Howdy, I believe this is the grave of my great great grandmother, Myra Stoddard Springer Burton Scott (there's a mouthful). Not sure where the Lucy came from, though. Do you have information on why the Lucy was added to the name?
Anyway, would love it if you wouldn't mind transferring this memorial. Thanks!

|Cassie Hill||Stephens Family Memorials|
Hi Tom- Since you have Stephens' memorials I thought you would like to know this. If you want any further info, please contact me.
NOTICE TO ALL WHO ACCESS STEPHENS FAMILY MEMORIALS: There has been a concerted attempt by a group of people to deliberately post erroneous and false information on the memorials of Peter Stephens and his family. Please be aware of this and totally disregard any postings that are undocumented (without reference to specific source) and posted anonymously by contributors using only first names or nicknames, without any contact address.
They are now adding last names (not necessarily their own) to their Stephens' memorials.
This might sound a little strange, but my husband works at our local transfer station and found an old bible from 1899 that someone threw away and in the pages, we found an old receipt from Homer Brumbaugh Furniture and Carpets located in Franklin, PA. Do you know if this is the same Homer from the grave you posted? I thought that someone from the family might want this receipt.
