Bio
Mount Moriah Cemetery closed on April 6, 2011. That is when the restoration and preservation of this historic burial ground became my life's work and passion. I have served as Board President of the Friends of Mount Moriah Cemetery, Inc. since January of 2012. A yet to be determined number of veterans, civilians, notables, and everyday people are resting in Mount Moriah and depending on us to honor their lives by preserving their resting place. My husband, Gil is one of Mount Moriah's residents. He was laid to rest in 1993. It will take many years to accomplish, but I am determined to do all that I can to effectuate the restoration and revitalization of the Mount Moriah Cemetery that I have grown to love.
