Hello! I am relatively new to FAG, but I love it! I grew up in Hannibal MO, and most of my relatives are from Ralls and Monroe Counties in Missouri. Since my mom is still in Hannibal, we go "home" several times a year. I belong to the historical societies for those two counties, and I am involved in both of them. I also have public trees on Ancestry.Com. I tromp through the cemeteries there every time I am down, but, until recently, I only took pictures of the gravestones of my relatives. From now on, I will get as many as I can in the time that I have. My family roots include Howard, Boyd, Griffin, Griffen, McKee, Conn, Couch, and other branches in Ralls County, and McGee, Smith, Bryan, and Jackson in Monroe County. I also have roots in Cedar County MO with Shaw, Kibler, and corresponding families. I live in northern Wisconsin, and am willing to help any way I can.

RE: Anne Davis Hamilton (Barkley)
How about a Mary Agnes Smith, 1838-1896 daughter of Samuel H. Smith 1805-1872 and Martha "Patsy" Yates.
Samuel H.'s father was Joseph C. and his mother was Nancy Yates.
Or the sister of Mary Agnes...Nancy Jane 1834-1853

Thank you for fulfilling my request with such a great photo. May I use it in my Family Tree? I will gladly give you credit. Would you also add the photo to her husband? His name is Ausey Hamilton Fike #72921281. Thank you so much, Terry

RE: Lear Family Members
I traipsed through the Old new London Cemetry a couple of times looking for people10-12 years ago.
I don't know why some organization doesn't take that as a project and clean it up somewhat.

Do you know if the Old New London Cemetery is near the land where the Loves Truck Plaza and Hardees is to be built next year? Would it be in danger or access in question?

Herman A. Schroeder wife is Find A Grave Memorial# 146718036. Could you connect them, or again, if it would help. I could maintain the memorial. There son Richard L. Schroeder is also buried in the same cemetery and could be connected.

Many thanks,
Julie Schroeder Welty

Hi.

I also maintain graves on Find A Grave.
Regarding this link.
Find A Grave Memorial# 146718067

Herman's parents are at this location in Newton, Kansas. Could you connect them to Herman. Or if you want. I could take over the memorial. I am trying to get all the Schroeder Children connected to the parents. I have fond memories of my Uncle Herman. He visited Kansas a lot.
Thanks.
