I was born in Kansas City, Ks and moved as an adult to 5 different states. I now live in Florida and am retired. I work on my ancestral history almost every day. My maternal ancestors were from the Osage Iron Works, Climax Springs, Barmunton, Warsaw, Sedalia, MO area. They are buried in several of the cemeteries near Climax Springs, MO. and Kansas City area. My maternal tree consists of these families: Phillips, Husong, Kincaid, Burns. My paternal side of the family originally immigrated from Pittem, Belgium and the Alsace region of France. Most of them settled in the Kansas City, Ks and Shawnee, Ks area. My paternal tree consists of these families: DeMuynck, Cordy, VanWelden, Leonard, Wesonig.
