Bio and Links
Bio Photo 12th generation of North American Wentworths. Descended from Ezekiel, son of William the Elder Wentworth. Retired and a bit of a history "nut" so I enjoy tracing ancestors and attempting to find final resting sites for people I trace.

Truman Wentworth's stone
Truman Wentworth's (1848-1859) original grave stone was just unearthed by the new owner's of the Thompson house eatery while they were digging out their gardens. Do you have any information about him? Do you know if his parents related to Sarah and Chandler Wentworth as I have been researching this family? Thank you, Kathleen Mulkern

Wentworth memorial marker
Can you provide the location of that William Wentworth memorial marker? My wife is a Wentworth descendant; we'd like to see it in person the next time we're in southern New Hampshire.

sence the I have found out that two of his son's are my great plus grandfather's, lol, cousins married cousins back then, even today.

it has been a hard line to follow but I think I managed it, lol.

RE: James A Wentworth
Frank -- I live in the same city but not close to the cemetery, and the weather is unpleasantly cold for cemetery walking right now. That doesn't mean I won't look for the grave, but not right now. Could you make the request through the Find A Grave request process? That way, it will be listed with the cemetery when I get around to visiting it (which is a more reliable way than leaving it in my email inbox for me to find it again). Also, there are a number of Find a Grave contributors in the city. One of them might get to it sooner than I can. Thanks. Sharron

Wentworth marker
Frank--what's the name of the town where the William Wentworth marker is found? Seems I read somewhere that it isn't Dover, but some small town to the north. I would like to use the address you gave in the GPS, but need the name of the town. Thanks.--Stan
