Bio

Many, many thanks to all the people who've taken the time and energy to contribute valid data and pictures to the Findagrave pages. I have gotten more deeply into genealogy since I retired and was pleased when I discovered Findagrave but even more pleased to discover someone had already created a memorial page for my Dad.

I'm 6th generation Floridian, maternal, and 3rd generation paternal with roots reaching into Southeast Georgia and South Carolina. I've lived my entire life in Northeast Florida but have had the terrific good fortune to meet and marry a wonderful man who's family and history stem from central New York (Herkimer, Otsego, Delaware and surrounding counties predominately.

Other than a few pictures for others, so far all of my submissions have been regarding family members and it is likely I will continue in that vein. Numbers for the sake of acclaim is not my goal in life or genealogy. The exception to that might be finding a cemetery unphotographed or recorded on findagrave.

I am always happy to hear from potential family relations and please always let me know if you spot an error in my contributions. Thank you again to the many who have shared freely, and without ego, of their work and time.
